Jill Bernstein-Iantoni, Founder & President
Jill has over 15 years in the recruitment business from Fortune 100 to start-ups in the Federal & Commercial space with an emphasis on CYBER, Security & Technology. She has been involved in all aspects of the process, from client development to developing fundamentals of “best practices”, strategic sourcing & pipelining. She says, “I’m fortunate to LOVE what I do, which is impact organizations so that they can grow & scale their business cost effectively AND change people’s lives by introducing them to their next challenge, purpose and opportunity.” Jill holds a BS Degree in Management from the University of Miami & is an active member/COACH to a local College where she mentors students throughout their schooling, internships and eventually job placement.
Guy Iantoni, EVP
Guy brings over 20 years of work experience within multiple industries including: CYBER, Software, Healthcare, Financial Services & Consulting. His expertise in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships & Operations Management has been instrumental in growing the Company’s Talent Acquisition Practice. Guy is involved with philanthropic projects to help disadvantaged inner city children receive an education. He holds a BS Degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
